The Severn Training and Schools Alliance is part of the Shropshire and Telford Education Partnership (STEP), one of the 87 recently appointed Teaching School Hubs. STEP is working with all schools across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.
The Severn Training and Schools Alliance(STSA) has schools at the very heart of its work. They have a track record of providing:
· Initial Teacher Training as a Lead school for the School Direct PGCE with QTS for early Years and Primary, working with the University of Chester, an outstanding provider.
· High quality continuing professional development for teachers at all stages of their career, meeting the needs of the schools in our local area.
· School Improvement Service, that works in partnership with local schools, to offer bespoke support.
· Future in Mind Telford, providing high quality mental health training to schools and partners since 2016, which dovetails with Government’s Green Paper for mental health.
