There are certain roles that are at more risk of emotional harm within staff teams. Likewise there are events in people’s lives that affect their coping or resilience, making them more at risk of emotional harm for a short or longer period.
The role stress risk assessment tool was developed based on the Health and Safety Executive’s guidance around reducing stress. It contains the steps to help the employer (and staff member) reflect on ways to reduce the risks.
