Coaching is a powerful, evidenced based approach to supporting staff wellbeing, performance, motivation, self-awareness and even absence and staff retention. This session is led by Kathy Jones, experienced Educational Psychologist, coach and trainer. During this session Kathy will be introducing practical tools and coaching techniques which leaders can incorporate into their conversations with colleagues as they carry out their leadership role. Key areas covered: The difference between coaching and mentoring conversations Key tools to use during a coaching conversation Using coaching conversations to support staff wellbeing A coaching model for collaborative problem-solving.
