Course preparation
All course materials are delivered digitally. This means you will need to bring a device or download the materials before coming on the course.
Before the course you are required to complete a personal skills audit and also a setting audit. These are both available online through mentalhealthlead.com. If a colleague is also completing a course with us, then complete the setting audit in tandem.

I have 12 years experience is developing and delivering Mental Health focussed training across multiple sectors; business, industry, third sector and education. At Mind in West Essex we emphasise on the value of coproduction and codelivery with people who have lived experience of mental illness. I have a background in Nursing and Counselling, with a focus on women’s experience of Domestic Abuse and Perinatal illness. I am accredited to deliver Mental Health First Aid Youth and Adult and Suicide First Aid.
